Recently, thanks to an investment of approximately € 2,800,000, we plan to achieve the first three goals of our green strategy: first, we have installed about 2700 solar panels on the roof, which would allow an estimated annual energy production of about 650,000 KWh (for savings approximately 390,000 kg of CO2).

Ambrosi's green strategy involves even more and as a second step related to the installation of photovoltaics, we are committed the insulation of the roof with polyurethane panels about 8 cm thick (60,000 kg less CO2 emitted into the atmosphere).

Finally we have activated the heat recovery system to recover the heat that is normally dispersed by the products and the process wastewaters, providing an annual saving of about 70,000 m³ of methane ,equivalent to 140,000 kg less CO2 in the environment.
