The Ambrosi Group’s objective is to have a vertical integration of the supply chain of its products. This starts with the approval of the cattle feed right through to the point of sale with the consumer. The benchmark is set by the farms owned by the Ambrosi family from the control of the cultivated land through to the production of milk.  This standard is emulated with a network of certified suppliers who have throughout the years shared the same guidelines and quality standards as Ambrosi.

In addition, Ambrosi places particular attention in the area in which our cheese dairies are located, making use of partners located in the surrounding areas in order to maintain on the one hand a connection with the region and on the other hand, to have better oversight of the production.

Therefore, as in the case of Grana Padano registration number BS 601, The Ambrosi Group has control over all the stages in the production chain, from feed production, to dairy cattle breeding, milk deliveries to the cheese dairy, processing the milk into Grana Padano,  aging cheese process at its aging plants and cutting and packaging of the product through to the delivery at the point of sale.

A vertically integrated supply chain yielding a high quality and safe product, for a loyal and satisfied consumer.
