The goal of our company has always been to control the manufacture of its products as directly as possible. This means a control that includes everything from the nutrition of the livestock to the point-of-sale and final customer. This control can be performed because of the hectares of land cultivated directly by farms and the milk produced in the stables owned by the Ambrosi family. Another advantage for this control is the certified suppliers and partners whom we have been collaborating with for many years and who have always shared the guidelines and quality standards that Ambrosi demands to offer premium products.
Our attention is also focused on the land base and community where our dairies are located: in fact we make an effort to use partners located in the surrounding areas to maintain a bond with the local community and to have more control over production. Therefore, as in the case of Grana Padano registration number BS 601, with its network of relationships the Ambrosi group has control over all the phases of the production chain: from the production of forage, to the raising of milk cows, to the delivery of the milk to the dairy, the transformation of the milk into Grana Padano, the aging of the cheese in storehouses, the cutting and packaging of the product and delivery to the point-of-sale. A controlled production chain for a product that is always excellent and safe, for the benefit of satisfied and loyal consumers.
