Ambrosi presents the new Parmigiano Reggiano Julienne

Thanks to the great experience in the production and ageing of Italian PDO cheeses, in addition to the great and constant commitment to innovation in the cutting and packaging of its products, Ambrosi further expands its product range, with the introduction of the brand new Parmigiano Reggiano Julienne.
The cheese, thanks to the new shape cut, comes in larger "pieces" compared to a classic grated cheese, similar to small matches, which allow it to maintain farther the aroma and unmistakable flavor of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO on different dishes. The new product is excellent for use as a final dressing in a pasta, as a garnish in a fresh carpaccio, giving dishes that extra touch of flavor.
The product is available in a 85g convenient reclosable doypack bag.
