Ambrosi joins the Anuga 2023 fair

From October 7th to 11th, Ambrosi will be in Cologne, Germany, to join the 18th edition of Anuga, the world's largest fair dedicated to the Food & Beverage sector.

At the stand, located in Hall 10.1, Stand B050 A051, the company will show to visitors its wide range of cheeses, both matured and fresh, certified to the highest quality standards.
Ambrosi's focus on a sustainable approach to both cattle breeding, product handling and processing, and the control of all stages of the supply chain, fits perfectly with the theme of Anuga 2023.

This year, in fact, the fair will focus on 'sustainable growth', as we are now aware that even the food sector can no longer ignore the need for a change of direction that is aimed at respecting the environment and people.

The fair, which takes place every two years and which last year welcomed almost 70,000 visitors from 169 countries, represents an important opportunity to meet international buyers and various interested stakeholders, from which synergies and new collaborations can arise.
